Apprenticeships with Fuller’s

This is a fantastic opportunity for those that want to learn whilst earning and develop their culinary skills to the highest standard. You will receive full training in all aspects of food preparation and cooking whilst giving you an insight into some of the liveliest kitchens across Hampshire and Surrey.

You will be given the chance to develop whilst working in some of the best and most established Fuller’s Kitchens across the south coast. Working in a Fuller’s Kitchen is exciting and challenging but with a full team to support and mentor you, you will develop a rich understanding of all dishes.

Alongside an in-depth understanding of the practical cooking skills, you will spend one day a week at South Downs Campus, helping you improve your theoretical knowledge and preparing you to tackle your assignments required to complete the course.
